Library membership is asked every time via movie?tmdbId= / series?tvdbId=;
only the lookups of titles not in the library are stored (3 days).

Posters stored by the previous build (the downloaded bytes, for real
images Radarr's 333x500 copy) were reused as they were for 30 days.
Posters now live in posters-v2/; older folders are deleted at startup.

Posters (the downloaded bytes, per size, 30 days, at most 200 MB) and
casts (people.json, 7 days, at most 2000) are stored in the user's cache
directory (os.UserCacheDir()/arr-tui) and used on the next start before
asking the servers. Expired posters are pruned at startup, casts are
written shortly after new ones arrive and on exit. Tests turn the cache
off.
