EVHardware: rename "Katman" (Turkish for layer) to "Layer"

Function names (whenLayer1Ready, initLayer4Swi69, isLayer4Ready, …), log
lines, comments and the library's README and changelog. Nothing outside
EVHardware used the names. The header now lists all five layers.
