nilsandClaude Sonnet 5.5 9646e67337 Fix text areas being 65% of the screen high on every page ...

The rule meant for the settings box on the Advanced page matched every
textarea with a rows attribute (DNS providers, DDNS, certificate, WireGuard
import). It now only matches that box.
